      Love this car

      We have had the car since 2016, it is my wife's daily driver and our trip car. It is her 2nd one. I love the ride and quietness when we are travelling. She regularly gets 19+ mpg around town, 21+ on the interstate and when I am driving cross country23-25 mpg w/ac on. It does have an aftermarket tuner which was worth approx. 2 mpg on 89 Octane. It seems that we have had to have some of the front suspension bushing replace right around 87000 miles on both of her MKT's, which was covered under the warranty on both. Only other repair was the replacement of the steering column, the power adjust quit functioning at the same mileage. Other than those to items, regular maintenance is all it has needed. Great car…

      Very good vehicle, just the opposite of what Consumer Reports said. Handling is great on our country curvy roads not what CR said. They also said it's odd looking until some of the imports started to look like it. Eco Boost V6 is very powerful. We have not had any issues with our MKT other than a few minor recalls.…
